Michelle Harley is the Senior Client Services Specialist at PWG. In this role, she will serve as a
trusted point of contact for clients, who is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client
experience, with expertise in onboarding new clients and providing comprehensive support for
operational and administrative needs. Her responsibilities include facilitating movement of
funds, transferring securities, executing trades, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Michelle began her career in the financial services industry in 1986 as a wire operator and
cashier. Over the years, she advanced into leadership roles, including Operations Manager and
Senior Client Service Associate with Smith Barney and Stifel, where she developed a strong
foundation in client service and operations management.
Originally from Montana, Michelle’s love of the ocean brought her to Georgia, where she now
resides. She finds inspiration from her family and pets and enjoys traveling, cooking, reading,
and gardening in her free time.
