Kelsi Southworth

Kelsi is the Operations Manager at PWG Financial and has been affiliated with LPL Financial since 2018.  With a strong focus on both client service and internal operations, she plays an integral role in supporting the firm's advisors and clients alike.  Kelsi oversees all aspects of client onboarding and service, manages the day-to-day operations, and continually develops and refines systems to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy across the firm.  She holds her Series 6 and Series 63 registrations through LPL Financial, along with Life and Health Insurance licenses through New York State.

Kelsi began her career in the insurance industry in 2011.  At just 24, she purchased and operated her insurance agency and later expanded to offer financial services to her clients.  In 2017, she decided to sell the agency to prioritize her family while continuing to grow her career in financial services.

Kelsi was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York.  She is an avid soccer mom and proud coach's wife who strives to balance her professional drive with a busy family life.  As a self-proclaimed workaholic, she still finds plenty of time to enjoy sushi nights, travel—especially to Aruba—and most importantly, spend quality time with her husband Brian and their daughters, Lilliana and Gianna.
